1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Complete our medical and psychological screening process
  • Receive medical clearance from our healthcare professionals
  • Not have any contraindications for psilocybin use
  • Provide accurate and complete health information

3. Medical Screening

All participants must undergo comprehensive medical and psychological screening. We reserve the right to decline participation to anyone who does not meet our safety criteria or for whom psilocybin may pose risks.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in psilocybin-assisted experiences carries inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. You will be required to sign a separate informed consent document before participating.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by program and will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after a certain date.

6. Confidentiality

All personal, medical, and session-related information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Participants in group programs are expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect facilitators, staff, and other participants
  • Follow all safety protocols and facilitator guidance
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Arrive sober and prepared
  • Disclose any relevant health changes before the retreat

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ketter Retreats AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
